We are pleased to announce that the new volume of the Clough Center Journal is available now. This latest volume is a collection of contributions by the Clough Center’s Fellows on this year’s annual theme, Envisioning Democratic Futures. The volume also includes excerpts from the presentations of many of this year’s speakers, including Theda Skocpol of Harvard, New York Times-bestselling author A.J. Jacobs, and Susan Glasser.
The volume is structured into seven main sections, each of which discusses a different aspect of democracy, such as electoral politics, education, climate crisis, and power-sharing. A final section showcases the Clough Center programming and publications in the 2024-2025 academic year, such as Doctoral Seminar, Graduate Research Workshop, Spring 2025 Symposium, and all the events in which this year’s speakers gave presentations.
